A stainless steel 304 circle is a flat, circular piece of metal made from 304 grade stainless steel. These circles, also known as blanks or discs, are known for their high corrosion resistance, durability, and formability. Key characteristics of 304 stainless steel circles

• Composition: A chromium-nickel alloy containing at least 18% chromium and 8% nickel, giving it excellent corrosion resistance.
• Austenitic: This is a type of non-magnetic stainless steel.
• Versatile: It is used for both general-purpose and light-duty applications.
• Good for welding: 304 stainless is known for being easier to weld than many other types of stainless steel. For corrosive, welded applications, the low-carbon version, 304L, is often preferred.
• Wide size range: They are available in various thicknesses (e.g., 0.15 mm to 100 mm) and diameters (e.g., up to 2000 mm).
• Different finishes: Circles can have various finishes, including cold rolled (CR), hot rolled (HR), 2B (polished), and satin.
